At TopPick, we work hard to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, tier-2, and tier-3 towns. To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your pin code at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframes

| Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities | 5 – 8 business days |

Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Free Shipping
- 🚚 Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders above ₹499
- For prepaid orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee applies at checkout
- COD orders may have an additional small COD handling charge
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD on most orders across India. Simply choose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Please note:
- COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
- A small COD convenience fee may be applicable
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email so you can track your shipment in real time.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we'll send a tracking link to your registered email/phone number. You can also track your order from the "Track Order" section on our website.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@toppickstore.in with your order number. We'll investigate immediately and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
